Premier Inn, Thurso
John Gunn and Sons were contracted by Morrison Construction in 2020 to undertake all groundworks for the new Premier Inn, Thurso.
The works began in early 2020 and the project was completed in Autumn 2021. As part of this contract, John Gunn & Sons were responsible for completing the following key tasks;
- Site Cut and Fill to Formation.
- Installation of all Site Drainage.
- Retaining Wall construction.
- Installation of all Services.
- Foundation Works for new Premier Inn.
- Site Kerbing Works.
- Access Road Surfacing Works, and
- Landscaping works.
The crushed rock products, ready-mix concrete and surfacing materials were supplied from our quarry at Bower.
